At Act Happy Clothing we want to make sure all our customers are 100% happy with their product purchases. We understand that products can be faulty, the wrong size, and the wrong item can be sent by mistake. Please feel free to contact us directly first to see if the issue can be resolved before posting the item back.
If for any reason you would like a refund please contact Act Happy Clothing via email and include your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Refunds and returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the item(s)
- We offer same day refunds if we have not shipped your item(s) yet
- If the wrong item(s) arrived, failed to arrive, or were faulty Act Happy Clothing offer a refund of the costs for returning the item(s) via a standard Australia Post courier only
- If the wrong item(s) arrived, failed to arrive, or were faulty Act Happy Clothing will provide a full refund for the cost of the item you purchased or offer you the option of exchanging the item + will provide you with a full refund of the shipping cost, please hold onto your Australia Post receipt for proof of payment
- If you have received your item(s) and have the wrong size or do not want the item(s) please post them back in new condition. Once your item(s) have arrived and assessed you will receive the refund the same day
- We do not offer a refund for the cost of the postage when ordering the wrong size or changing your mind, instead, we offer a refund for your Act Happy Clothing item
